Packaging is quite simple and sturdy. The one which I have is of 50 ml and is travel friendly.
So I have this product from quite sometime now, every time I use it makes me think what made ME buy it? so I was quite confused for the shade there were no testers and no SA’s to help me out, and I stumbled upon choosing light shade. I am glad I did so, because the Medium one would have been so much darker, as the one I have is quite dark. It has a pinkish/orange-y undertone, It can give you a little heart-break if you are very fair. Basically, it will give you a tanned look.
However, I feel like the light shade is appropriate for Pakistani/Indian skin tones, talking about its claim of Evening our skin tone, I feel like it kind of changes your skin tone, rather than brightening it, the reason is it has only two shades; which are not appropriate for everybody!
Talking about covering the imperfections, it does covers them well and give you a good matte finish only if you have a good time to sit and blend it, it blends well with damp makeup sponges, if you are trying to blend it with brushes or fingers, it will give streaks to your face and just doesn’t blend well, which will give a nice cakey look (pun intended)
The consistency of this cream is too thick for a BB cream, and this is the reason why it takes a long time to blend. This is good for combination to oily skin but, if you have dry skin this is going to be problematic, it has a tendency to accentuate the dry areas of your face, it dries out quickly hence using damp makeup sponges is good for blending purposes. It would be good if we call it a tinted moisturizer.
It has a nice typical Nivea cream fragrance, if you have used moisturizer or creams from Nivea you will definitely know it!
- gives matte finish
- simple sturdy, travel friendly packaging
- tinted moisturizer
- SPF 10
- thick consistency
- only two shades available
- takes a good time to blend
- leaves streaks when blended with fingers and brushes
- Application should be fast and precise because it dries quickly
- contains parabens (MethylParaben)
Would I recommend it?
TO be honest I will not recommend this, if you have very dry skin and fair skin tone.
Much love ♥♥
